The problem

Commodity transporters and storage facilities in Australia had managed contracts and transactions in books and physical files for years: slow, error-prone, and inaccessible when merchants and farmers were on the road.

What I did

Moving records onto a computer wasn't enough for people constantly travelling between warehouses.

    Research the reality

    Stakeholder and merchant interviews, analysis of current tools, and the volume of data to be digitised.

    Cloud + mobile

    Everything moved to the cloud so contracts and transactions could be created and managed from a phone, anywhere.

    Built for the field

    Accessible, minimal UI, readable in any conditions, usable offline and across devices.
